Laurie, just found your blog. Glad I did. Your photos are lovely and I enjoyed your narratives… (I’m making the lime dessert!)… I too have a PhD, having taught grad students and published in philosophy of science, etc…. now retired from academia after teaching and administrative career…. and enjoying life as freelance writer … writing about completely different things now… I look forward to your future posts.
