Love both photos but esp the stained glass lampshade…..nothing is quite as beautiful as light bouncing through colored glass!
Speaking of which, I’m curious; does your house have any stained glass windows or transoms?
Good morning. Thanks for your note. I’m sorry to disappoint you, but our house does not have any stained glass windows or transoms, though it might have at one time. There is textured glass in the transoms over the bedroom doors and in several other locations. We’ve never found old pictures of the house and no one has ever mentioned it having stained glass. The local historic library has the original blueprints for our house and samples of the original wall paper, but no pictures.
